The Pennsylvania National Guard Association (PNGAS) is leading a Pennsylvania delegation to the 55th Annual EANGUS Conference & Expo. The conference runs Friday, July 31 through Monday, August 3, 2026, at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Why PNGAS members attend

EANGUS sets the federal advocacy agenda for enlisted Soldiers and Airmen. The annual conference is where it gets decided.

Federal advocacy

EANGUS is the only organization advancing the interests of enlisted National Guard members at the federal level. State delegations align on the year's legislative priorities here.

National connection

Soldiers, Airmen, and Auxiliary leaders from all 54 states and territories attend. Pennsylvania members come back with relationships that pay off long after the conference ends.

Pennsylvania's voice

Resolutions adopted at the General Business Session shape the legislative agenda our delegation carries to Capitol Hill. Showing up matters.

Key dates

PNGAS registration closes Wednesday, July 1, 2026. We close ahead of the EANGUS roster deadline so we can finalize the Pennsylvania delegation and submit attendees in time. After July 1, late requests can be made by emailing registrations@pngas.org but cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations through July 15 receive a refund less a $15 administrative fee. From July 16 onward, all sales are final.

What is included with PA registration

Conference registration covers the General Business Session, Welcome Night at Beachfront Park (Garth Brooks tribute), All-Area Hospitality Night at the Bandshell, and The Final Lap Dinner / Awards Banquet. The Battle of the Beach Fitness Challenge and the Conflict Kinetics Shooting Competition are open to badged attendees at no extra cost. PNGAS coordinates your room in our reserved EANGUS block.

Optional add-ons on the PNGAS registration form include full-day childcare ($76), half-day childcare ($35), and Junior Enlisted Night at the Daytona Tortugas baseball game (free; E-6 and below only, while slots last). The Golf Tournament at LPGA Golf Club is run by EANGUS as a separate sign-up — contact PNGAS if you'd like to be added to the Pennsylvania team.

Hotel

Pennsylvania delegates stay at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort, the EANGUS conference headquarters hotel at 100 N. Atlantic Ave. PNGAS coordinates your room in the Pennsylvania block as part of registration — you do not need to book separately. The block honors the conference rate from July 28 through August 5 if you'd like to extend on either side.

The Hilton sits at the center of Ocean Walk Village. It's the largest full-service resort in Daytona Beach — 744 rooms, suites, and oceanfront cabanas, two outdoor pools, and seven on-site dining venues, including Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse and McCoy's Rum Room. The Ocean Center (where the conference business sessions and exhibit floor run) is directly across A1A; you can walk to every general session in under five minutes.

Most of Daytona Beach is famously open to cars driving on the sand. The strip in front of the Hilton is the one stretch where the beach belongs to people on foot — morning runs, sunrise PT, and evening walks happen here without dodging traffic.

A note on phishing

Bad actors have been emailing and calling EANGUS attendees offering attendee lists or claiming to handle hotel bookings. Register only through PNGAS. Hotel reservations for Pennsylvania delegates are coordinated by PNGAS — you should never receive direct hotel-booking outreach from outside vendors. If something looks off, forward it to registrations@pngas.org.

Register as a Pennsylvania delegate
