Four years ago, we were told PNGAS couldn’t impact an organization as big as our National Guard and that we should just focus on membership and our annual conference. But under the leadership of Chad Rettew, Chairman; Louis Fabrizi, Vice Chairman; and Kathleen Fabrizi, Executive Director; PNGAS has developed a focused and dedicated team tackling major initiatives and delivering big results.

The PNGAS VAC prioritizes and advances legislation helping veterans; facilitates initiatives with the Department of Military and Veteran’s Affairs (DMVA) to help connect veterans to a broad range of services available at the local and state level; supports communications between local/state veteran’s programs and DMVA to reduce overlap and develop synergies.

Members of the National Guard and Reserves activated for COVID-19 pandemic response, civil unrest and natural disasters could gain access to Department of Veterans Affairs home loans with the passage of H.R.7445|S.4176, introduced on July 1, 2020.

All members are invited to submit resolutions for consideration at any time. State and national resolutions inform our legislative teams and set our priorities for legislative action. Approved resolutions become our mission on manpower, force structure, roles and missions, equipment, personnel policy, family issues, and other matters impacting our lives as Service Members.

Before June 30, 2020, PNGAS is kindly asking members of the Pennsylvania Senate and Pennsylvania House of Representatives to support and vote for final passage on the following legislation: SB276 (Ward), SB1076 (Baker), SB 952 (Regan), SB 976 (Regan & Mastriano).
