The EAC is amplifying the best practices that so many schools are advancing and deploying to help our members and veterans of the Guard and their families get their degrees with flexibility, understanding, and affordability. The EAC is also advancing military credentialing and professional license portability and reciprocity.
The Business Action Council is focused on delivering strong results and ready-access for members and veterans of the Guard and their families.
Our Action Councils are designed to bring together higher education, business leaders, and veterans to ensure that our Pennsylvania Guardsmen and their families get maximum value for the benefits they have earned.
PNGAS releases application for employers to be recognized as a”PNGAS Guard-Friendly Employer”. This designation highlights the challenges faced by members of the Guard and their families as well as the extraordinary efforts many employers make on behalf of the Guard, its members, and the Commonwealth.
Developed by the PNGAS Education Advisory Council, the PNGAS Guard-Friendly School standards were designed to recognize colleges, universities and trade schools which meet or exceed ten (10) baseline criteria that create a supportive learning environment to assist members of the Pennsylvania Guard pursuing post-secondary degrees.
